Manny “Emanuel” De’Anda

Manny “Emanuel” De’Anda was born in Pittsburgh, P.A. to a Mexican father Lupe de Anda and African American Mother, Barbara Joyce Burch. Raised in the great city of Pittsburgh, Emanuel’s singing career started off in a group called Crave, where the members met singing in the choir together at WestingHouse High School, where he also starred on the school’s Football and Wrestling teams.

With the help of Meanstreet Entertainment founder Big D, Crave had three #1 singles at local radio station WAMO 106.7.  Emanuel signed with Pretty Ricky and Bluestar Entertainment in the summer of 2008 where he performed under the moniker “Lingerie”. Emanuel has performed across the world, and worked with big names in the industry as the likes of KeKe Wyatt, Snoop Dogg, Trick Daddy, Bone Thugs N Harmony to name a few.  His song,  “Knocking Your Heels Off” music video with R&B legends H Town and Jodeci has received more than 22 million views on www.worldstarhiphop.com.

A fan of such diverse artists Emanuel, an accomplished singer, songwriter and self taught pianist, is now pursuing a solo career, where he will share with his audience the sultry soul-tinged songs made to resonate with all who hear them through his incredible voice.
