Victoria Snyder the Executive Vice President of Ya Momz House, Inc., and Director of Programming for Hip-Hop on L.O.C.K.  Previously, she spent nine years working in the diversity and inclusion field in Higher Education. She sits on several non-profit boards in the Greater Pittsburgh community.  Victoria received her undergraduate degree in History and Media Studies from the University of Mount Union, a Masters from the University of Akron in Higher Education Administration and a Master’s from Duquesne University in Leadership in Professional Administration. Snyder has won several awards including The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s People to Watch in 2017, La Fuerza Award from Cafe Con Leche and Inspiring Lives Magazine, Women of Philanthropy Award.
